Wouldn't it be cool if you could automatically shorten links in SMS messages and send them from within your Tiddly account? Well now you can!

Customers on our "Professional" and "Agency" plans can now send SMS messages straight from their Tiddly account and automatically convert any URLs within the message into short, trackable links.

You can add, import and manage contacts; send SMS messages to multiple phone numbers at once and even track the status of every messge you send.

In order to make use of our new SMS feature, you'll need a Twilio account. Once you've created an account, visit Account > API & Tokens in your Twilio dashboard and copy your Account SID and Auth Token. Then in Tiddly. visit SMS > Settings and paste your tokens into their respective fields. Our system will then connect to your Twilio account and retrieve all of your phone numbers.

You can then import your contacts via CSV or add them manually and start sending SMS messages. Any links within your text messages will be shortened automatically.

If you have any questions about our new SMS feature or any of our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.
